Modern Lights for C240 W202

I have a C240 W202 and would like to update the lights front and rear (as well as the grille) to give the car a more contemporary yet still understated appearance. I have seen some nice looking lights on ebay which would make the car more attractive:

- Clear lens front turn indicators
- LED tail light assemblies styled a little like the newest C and current S class
- Crystal lens headlights

I have even found side mirrors which have the turn indicators incorporated as on the current C class.

But I am unsure about the provision in the crystal headlight assemblies I have seen for the fog lights I have in my current headlights.

Does anyone know of a product that does include the fog lights and is properly wired?

Alternatively does anyone know if it is possible to get crystal lenses for the current headlamp assembly to replace the standard glass lenses?

Also, does anyone know if there is a noticeable improvement in the brightness of current headlights by replacing bulbs with xenon bulbs?

OK, there are a set of crystal headlights for sale at £209 plus £75 postage, yep you read it right.
LED tail lights are £195 plus about £75 postage too
Front indicators are around £15 plus £3.50 postage
All from ebay.... costs quite a bit to upgrade to those kind of specs..
Xenon bulbs depending on quality could be anywhere from £12 to £40 a pair and you apparently get 30 to 50% increase in light from the headlamp...
