More Poor Quality?
I saw something fly off the front of the car hit the windscreen and spin off into the distance last week. Didn't think much of it until I washed it this weekend and found a peice of chrome trim missing from the grill.
Took the car to the local dealer and fortunately as Mercedes do sell this part on its own they agreed to order and fit it. I do worry that as the car is only a year old and this isn't the only fault I've had this is further evidence of Mercedes poor quality and wonder what will go wrong next.
Reminds me of a Citroen CX my dad had years ago which literaly fell apart every time he drove it. In the end there were more bits of trim in the house than there was on the car.
I've just realised that I'm comparing Mercedes build quality with Citroen. How bad is that. Maybe I should get one of those new C4s and save myself £30k.
