Just picked up the 124. As usual excellent service at a great price. Needless to say they found a few jobs to do:
Minor service
New front cover and seal - leaking
Gearbox pressure switch and seal - leaking
Rear suspension trunion bushes
Rear subframe bushes
Steering idler replaced
Rocker cover gasket

I thought it drove ok before but it is amazing how different it feels now. Steering much sharper and noticeable improvement in ride and handling. As a bonus the tailgate stays open unaided. Presumably the rear is a fraction higher with the new bushes.
Ready to head back to Italy in a few weeks.
