I was originally booked in for the Eurocharged Day at MSL in July, but could not attend due to my car still being repaired after some vandalism.

So today I went to MSL for an ECU remap and pulley upgrade, a TCU upgrade, a secondary heat exchanger and a Johnson CM30 pump on my SL55.

Despite being massively busy Acid (the manager there) took the time to deal with me personally throughout the day and diagnosed a couple of oother small issues with the car. There were a couple of hurdles to overcome with the maps, but bearing in mind I am based in Manchester Acid bent over backwards to sort me out a way to overcome the issues without maikng an immediate repeat trip.

The rest of the satff were great and I was kept plied with tea all day and enjoyed a hearty lunch on MSL into the bargain. I also had a great chats with various other customers being looked after including one chap who had an alternator issue on an old A class which Acid managed to sort out for a lot less than the £500 the part would have cost at a main dealer. He too went away happy!

I am a hard man to please, I really am... so when I say that I can 100% recommend Acid and the team at MSL that is a bg thumbs up indeed.

Despite the fact it is 100 miles away my car will be going there for its servicing... no question! I think that says it all! Plus I get to enjoy another great lunch... I hope! :D

Good work and now on to the important bit!
The results of this work?

Tony.

The best thing about Acid is that he always answers the phone when you call him, and if he's busy he calls you back, always willing to give advice, and try and help, really dedicated professional...all garages should run their business this way, but in the real world sadly not...

Again, +1 for Acid. First time I've ever taken a car somewhere and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Top fella!
