Hi Everyone.
I'm a newbie here so please bear with me.
I ordered my new C220 CDI Sport Estate (Auto) recently and fingers crossed it should be delivered to my local garage around December 6th.
I'm so excited! :bannana:
Obviously I'm not looking for loads of negative replies regarding my choice of car but anyone that has the same car or any useful advice I would very much like to hear from you.
Maybe realistic MPG values, after care service, general comments etc.

Anyway, hope to hear from you soon.

I thought the 'S' designation was used for estates? ie S204?

'W' for 'Wagen' (Saloon), 'R' for 'Roadster' etc etc

Ive had mine for a year now, and just serviced with no problems. Had a software upgrade which has removed the auto gearbox delay when in C mode. I still enjoy driving mine, alothough im always itching to change cars!!

I think its usually early 40mpg on the computer. Im not a slow driver and thats a mixture of town and rural. My one is not a blue efficiency one either.

as above - I have a pre-BE model C220 CDi auto too - I do a lot of motorway driving and return 51-54mpg on a run. Just got back in from a 120mile round trip to runcorn with some queing and some 30 zone work + some slower motorway return as the rain is so heavy - the trip is reading 57.8mpg!

Overall for the 8000 miles I have done since getting it in april I have averaged 47.7mpg which includes school runs etc - so not bad at all!

I like the estates - I think they would have been more useful for me actually, but much rarer to come acros second hand - good looking car too - hope you enjoy!
