I have the same one on 09 plate iridium silver,I joint own it with Mercedes they have it a every now and again and get to have the rest of the time

Yes you have made a good choice!

I have done 11,000 miles in mine now. The car is excellent - I am loving:
1. The styling - complete strangers keep commenting on how cool the car looks.
2. the smooth but firm ride
3. The NAV50 SATNAV is great - dynamic routing is great. I love the zoom in and out feature.
4. Telephone function is excellent
5. Auto lights that turn round corners as you do are brilliant
6. MPG display is really accurate (I compare it to real mpg every time I fill up)

There are a few minor irritations though:
1. The lag when you accelerate hard is a pain in the ar$e - I still can't get used to it.
2. The headlights appear to be set a bit high - people keep flashing me even when they are dipped
3. Can't turn off the traction control fully. Even when I select it off - after a short wheelspin traction control stops me having fun.
4. SATNAV does not have full 7 didgit postcode capability.

I have just this minute ordered the exact same car in the same colour. Very glad to hear that you are enjoying yours.

Only had a choice of Iridium Silver or nothing else in the spec and price, and miraculously found a black one at the last minute when I said that 'I'll ring them back'!

Should be delivered in first week of October, which gives me plenty of time to sell on my wonderful BMW 530i Sport (53k on clock) if anyone's interested.
