disk

When its nearly out turn off ignition and gently pull the disc to see if its free of the mechanism that holds it if not then it may need a trip to 1,the dealer or 2,a audio specialist..sorry I can't be more help good luck

Hi, the problem you have is very common on the comand. The disk ejection fault is due to the dirty that is sticked on the black rubber roller which is dedicated to pull in or eject the disk. If you have the right knowledge, you can disassemble the part and clean it. Use a clean cloth with alchool. Do not use aggressive solvents.
It is a very cheap job so don't be fooled by those who say that there are parts to be replaced.
If you want to do this job on your own, I can provide you a simple instruction in pdf.
Let me know and good luck.
Sorry for my poor English, I'm Italian.
Bye
