Navigation CD

Hi guys I bought a 2003 ML W163 late last year and the car has been a pleasure, it has the sat nav built in but it only covers the UK. I was going on holiday to France in the summer so I bought a Harman Becker Europa double CD but it would not work in my system. The one I bought has A211 827 32 59 and Version 2003 / 2.0 on the box, I just assumed it would work. It didn't cost a great deal but I just wondered if anybody knows why it wouldn't work or what model it would work in? Also where do I go to get an upgrade for my Sat Nav? Sorry this is a first post but looking through your forum there seems to be a wealth of mercedes experience on here and I just thought somebody may have the information.

Online Shop - Tele Atlas

Assuming you have Comand 2.0 you have a CD based system which requires Tele Atlas DX discs.

Hi Yes that looks like the system in mine, it doesn't have postcodes does that sound right. What have I bought?

Not sure what you have got it should say on the disc / case what navigation system it is for but it is for a later system than you have.
