Navigation HEADACHE!

2005 E320 CDI
On my 2005 E320, the navigation screen shows around 8 satellites received with the coordinates constantly changing, BUT the map screen stays frozen (the pointer does not move)! I have tried a new GPS antenna, but no joy!

Any ideas what is going on?
