navigation update

Hi all my 2012 c 250 estate [update model]is due in a few weeks 1ts 3rd service and i know this will be my last nav update for free i have the full command system.Anyone know if there is a update due on my car as i have version 10 at moment and this was done just about a year ago.

I had mine done in January and have 2014/2015 V10.

I booked mine in for B1 service first week in April 2015 dealer said software update V11 2014-2015 is available on ntg4.5, last year the update came out after car had first service , dealership had car back in and completed update .

Many thanks it looks like I need to get my dealers to confirm before my service as the next one i will have to pay for.

Our 2014 E class went in for a recall last Friday and I asked them to check for map updates.

They loaded 2014/2015 V11 as mentioned above.

It took circa 4 hours as it's 3 discs and disc 2 kept crashing but loaded on the 3rd attempt.

Shame dealers always have to be reminded to do the update! That's my experience.
