Need a new Car

I have a 2009 CLC180K Sports Coupe. The catalytic converter has gone and for some reason I cannot source another elsewhere. The parts numbers I need are MA203 490 18 35 and MA209 490 43 19. My VIN/Chassis number is
WDB2037462E056287 and engine number 27194631132846. Hugely grateful if anyone can help

Forget finding a MB replacement. Try https://www.autodoc.co.uk/ or, you should be able to find any number of aftermarket exhausts with a google search.
