need advice or disc for command w210

hi people newbie here so go easy
i have just bought a merc e320 cdi 02 reg and its fitted with the command 2.0, the radio works fine, but the navi does not i have no disc and i dont want to pay a fortune on one to find it does not work so has anyone got an old one i could borrow to check its working, the phone is not working either the one in the arm rest i plugged my 6210 in and it comes up on radio saying phone intializing, any ideas
i have a scanner which will pull codes on mercs so if local i would be willing pull your codes for loan of your disc

so phone not working, navigation not working, tv not working
any help
or advice

Hi,

Try this as it will give information about model number of COMAND unit, error codes, what is installed on D2B ring etc. I suspect the disc will be the DX-type CD, which are made by Blaupunkt. Also this website provides information on what the error codes mean:

It's the last version Tomtom will make for DX systems. (Tomtom bought teleatlas). If you're being offered one at 29 it's an illegal copy. The comand 2/2.5 systems don't read copies well (less reflective that original) and you'll never, be out of date now.
