I guess that by calling them 'show plates' they feel they can make any type of plate - legal or otherwise? Or is it the fact that they are located in Co. Limerick, out of reach of the DVLA?

That may be their get-out clause for not complying with DVLA regualtions, but I've a feeling MB would still go after anyone using their logo or typeface without their consent.

Went to Mb Sheffield and they said £20 a pair fitted, just need my V5 and photo I.d.
Bargain I think.
