newbie just got a e class estate 220cdi

Hi all, took the plunge last week and bought a 2003 E class estate 220cdi elegance, in silver, fsh with 145k miles, so far very impressed, just had a towbar fitted, to lug the caravan next year, and will book it in for a service in the new year, showing 800 miles left, any points i should be looking for on the car,
