is there any reason why I can only set the time format (12/24hr) in the Time/Date Settings menu?

I'll have a read of the manual when I get home though I'm sure this is where I set the time and date previously...

Pretty certain on mine and wifes car both time and date are changed on the comand unit and whole car changes to suit same as miles/kilometres etc, and are automatic ref summer and winter time.

Could be wrong though as i last set the pair of them well over a year ago.

I have to change mine in COMAND.

Every time I expect it to update itself, but it doesn't!

Rory both ours do this automatically but are both a lot older than your car so maybe you need to have a look in comand settings?

DOH!!! Thanks guys. So last time I changed the time I didn't have COMAND and so I did it in the cluster. Now I have COMAND I need to change it there.

Shame it doesn't adjust automatically. My 04 Civic has satnav that adjusts the time itself. Shame they all suffer from DVD read errors (though I have worked out a fix) as they are almost as good as COMAND.

Nope - we've been through this before. It seems almost random but mine doesn't update automatically and there's nowhere in either COMAND or the cluster computer to select such a function.

Got in my car last night 9pm and tacho head said it was 10pm thought **** now thats packed up:eek: switch comand on and hey presto time changes almost instantly:D.

Here you go read your Comand manual page 301 onwards.
