No Switch Lighting

Hope someone can help: None of my lights are working in the switches or stereo. The only lights that work are the heater control and headlights knob. Can anyone help please

no there are some issues with the drivers side door control unit that will be replaced tomorrow, other then that everything else seems fine

Methinks he's probably inhaled something he shouldnt have and it is playing havoc with his thinking

Anyway back to your problem, so is it just the lights, there are no other problems as in the car starts and runs ok? Do all the switches work?

Ijaz I believe the same thing happened to my W202 C250, I was planning to take it to a garage (before I came across the MB club) but then the lights suddenly started working

yeah switches and everything work fine, is there a fuse or a control unit that controls the lighting for the switches?

is the cluster lighting up, for there is a fuse on the rear of the cluster I do believe

I am 50% sure that there is a little fuse in the cluster for this, but its too late for me to check to be sure

Are the fuses seated properly in the fuse boxes? Maybe check if they need to be cleaned up and pushed in?
