nokia 62XX phone cradle question

when the phone "rings" how does the car "inform" you ? ie does the phone ring or does the car make a sound ?
and if the phone is set to vibrate only, will the car still let you know you have a call ?

I don't have that cradle any more and cannot test it but isn't the ringing tone as you have configured it for the car profile. The call alert would come from the car speakers. I believe the phone would not vibrate when connected to a charger (like the car cradle).

Is your phone behaving differently?

If its in the cradle it will "ring" through the car audio system. A message will appear on the dash and on the audio system screen. This last one depends on the system you have though.
