NTG 2.5 does not play cd

NTG 2.5 has taken my CD and will not play or eject it, it clicks click click etc then stops and says no disc found.

Is this something that can repair in the uk?

Had to send this to Poland for repair exchange and I now have a as new unit.
Question is the reverse camera needs re-coding so need to go to MB for that and also the phone is now quiet, what could that be?
When the unit is coded to the vito does that change the input etc as it's in a van in the Ntg it's self or does coding only change settings in the cluster?
I have the cluster working as it should with nav phone and radio still there.
