Hi,
I want to ask if anyone knows how to force my NTG4.5 head unit to 'forget' what it has already scanned from my iPod.
I replaced the hard drive with a MicroSD card array, and somewhere along the process I had to reformat the iPod. The problem is that the head unit's list of track names is now out of sync with the iPod - I select albums from the album and artist lists, but using the forward/back buttons on the head unit shows the wrong track details, so the database is obviously incorrect.
I want to force it to relearn the tracks from scratch. Is this possible? can you force a factory reset to delete the information on the command head unit's hard drive?
Thanks,
Alex
