NTG4.5 Navigation software version

Quick question, I know how to get to the engineering mode on my 2012 W212 Comand unit (phone hang up + * + 1 and hold for 10 seconds) but where do I find the version of navigation software. I want to check the dealer updates it when the car is serviced next week!?

It's not from the Engineering mode.

To show the map data menu: press

the COMAND controller.

Select Navi in the main function bar by sliding

and turning

the COMAND controller and press

to confirm.

Select Map version and press

to confirm.

And the firmware will need updating since latest is the 09/2013 release (and in fact may be the 11/2013 release but disks not arrived yet)
