ntg4 upper menus missing.

Hi, I'm trying to help my relative whos in different city at the moment. He has w212 2010. We are trying to enable Bluetooth audio function via hidden menu. Thing is that on the main screen there are no upper menu tabs "Navi" "Audio" "Tel" "Video" "System". At the bottom there are "Radio" "Presets" "Info" "Sound" Is he accessing that menu different somehow, or these tabs are hidden by engineering menu? When entering engineering menu menu itself also looking different to menus showed on youtube. System looks quite basic compared to the ones showed on youtube. Its hower amg sport model with leathers etc.
