From which seller? I meant to add check their website to make sure you get a genuinely iCarsoft. There's lots of fakes out there, and they don't provide updates for one thing,and possibly faulty diagnostics too

got my mb v2.0 carsoft scanner went onto update program deleted all languages except english,then proceeded to run update.only problem is its still not in english,tried again same problem,any ideas? what have i done wrong,

Try going into settings , its looks something like sprachen or similar . You should be able to set english.

Set it up for download, and an update version will appear, listing everything inc languages, unclick everything except English, and download. That's what I do each time I update. Let us know how you get on.
