OBD2 Diagnostic port pin out

Does anyone know which pin is for which diagnostic circuit for a 2002 C200K W203? I know pin 16 is +12v, pin 4 is ground, pin 5 is electronics ground. I would like to know for definate which pins are for ABS, SRS, ME etc

I might be wrong, but I thought the OBD2 port supplied K and L lines which supplied the information as a serial transfer. The older 38-pin port contained seperate diagnostic pins.
