I've recently changed jobs and need to send my timesheet in by email. For the last few weeks I've been filling it out, scanning it then sending it by email. Since my hours are different every week i'm using lots of ink and paper as every week is different.

So my question is has anybody got a program that can convert a scanned timesheet so I can fill it in online and just send it?

I'll send a beer token via paypal :)

Thanks

Could you make a (blank) time sheet in excel, save it as a template then fill it in each week & either send the excel file or convert to .pdf

Get a Wacom Bamboo you can use fill in the scanned blank form and save then email

Scan it as a jpeg image. Add that image to a Word document. Add the hours using 'insert text box'

Or, use the 'print screen' function, with windows snip to crop it.

Personaly, I would go with previous advice and convert each file to pdf before sending in through.
Clean and painless.

Blimey ! Excel, Bamboo and print screen

Many thanks for the replies im gonna have to pass all this over to the wife :D

Depends how you have to submit it but ActiTime is online free, has an iPhone app and works very well :)
