Great desktop you have there Don :)

Well here's my few:

My company laptop before I had to hand it back:

It was an old 600Mhz (64Mb RAM, 6Gb HDD) Toshiba Satellite Pro running Windows 98 and in need of retirement, instead the company let me go :p

My current personal laptop:

It's a Packard Bell EasyNote 3 (E3 245) - AMD Athlon XP-M 2400+ CPU, 512Mb DDR RAM, 40Gb HDD, 15.1" colour screen and by far the best bit of the package is a DVD multiwriter which can write DVD-R, DVD-RW & DVD-RAM. The OS is Windows XP Home Edition.

My mobily phone also has a 'desktop' and here it is:

It's a Nokia 7650 one of the first so called 'smart phones'. It runs the Symbian 6.0 operating system with Nokia's Series 60 GUI. After using a Symbian phone I really wouldn't want to go back to a non Symbian phone, very flexible and customisable.

Keep meaning to update it ..... I'll do it one day ....

Hehe, the penguins have indeed been siezed.

For those who aren't sure, I use Linux as my main OS, and have done for some time.

My desktop is Gnome 2.4 running on top of XFree86. I have a screenshot of the MB Forum running entirely in text mode - the unix way! I will post it if there is demand.

I'd be interested.

Always thought about going the Linux route on one of my boxes .........

Ain't got the guts to do it though .... Windows 16/32/DOS/OS2 I can take to pieces in my sleep. Anything else ....
