outlook problems

A friend of mine has a problem with outlook
When we try to send mail it says sending 1 of 27 messages.
The problem is that the outbox is empty.
Ive cleared the outbox/deleted items so where are the hidden emails??

I found a file with pictures in the achive file,is it trying to send this ??

I had a similiar problem with outlook express and contacted the cable/broadband company who somehow fixed it at their end.
(mine was trying to recieve 1 of 27 messages, but would just stick on one of them & not go any further)

outlook express is soon to stop working with hotmail and some others... you have to use windows live mail... which to be fair is almost the same!
