Panoramic roof - Clean, lubricate, service?

I have had a search and can't find any info.

I have a 2003 C230K coupé with the pano roof. Don't use roof much in winter (probably not good not to use it) and now have come to use it and it is slow and needs a bit of a helping hand.

Does anyone know exactly which bits to clean and lubricate? Any special lubricants to use? Any links to a guide or am I on my own?

Try to clean the rails and use proper MB GLEITPASTE for lubrication

not exactly, but relatively expensive for tiny amounts!

theres a grease as well as the lube, both cost a lot.

Had the Above delivered today, came in a handy syringe so relatively easy to apply sparingly, a small brush bent at an angle also helps to get the PTFE lubricant along the tracks
