pc upgrade parts wanted.

Just wondering if any members have any parts spare that I could use to finish the upgrade to my PC.

1. Sata drive 100- 200 GB. (just to use as back up\storage)
2. PCI-e x 16 card, ideally 512 ddr2. (So vista can run freely)

Needless to say, times is 'ard, but willing to exchange beer tokens.
Any help would be most appreciated.
