Looks like I missed a great GTG, and I'm really gutted I couldn't be there - we were even planning to hang around in Portsmouth all weekend.

Glad everyone who did make it had a fantastic time though, and thanks for posting all the photos - some lovely looking cars there.

As everyone has said, what a brilliant GTG

Many thanks to Olly and the team for organising everything - the new format worked very well and it was quite a sight to see so many interesting MB cars all in one place parked in such nice surroundings - a lovely local pub

I didn't get round to taking any pictures (with so many 'pro' looking cameras in use I knew there would be plenty!), but I did catch this teaser of Olly's beast:

Thanks to Olly for organising today sorry i had to go early...my little girl broke her foot the otherday so had to assist with the other two at home and activities......was great to meet some if the forum names in real person! Hope the guys who had the rides in the C63 enjoyed it and that the rest of you enjoyed the External Noise...

Olly - The GTG was absolutely splendid, as everyone has said; the weather was great, the cars were all amazing in their own way and the crowd was also very welcoming and friendly.

Starky - Too many jokes mate!

Savman - As I said yesterday, you have honestly restored my faith in humanity!

Respect to all you guys out there running those big V8s monsters! I've never seen so many V8's in one place at a GTG. Sort of made me think.. "this aint no recession!" lol.

Rashman it was just awesome seeing you, cliff and other members pull out of that petrol station as we were going past on the way back! You lot smashed it in that tunnel.. I think you were half way into it and we were just entering it and all I could hear was the thunder of your V8s echo'ing all over the place! The sound was just incredible lol.
