I'm still in the pub. Well I've not got far to walk home.......

I have some people the thank. Graham and Jack for all there relentless work this week and today to get the workshop Work done. Nick For being a brilliant mate and Organising people. Pauline (my beautiful girlfriend) for helping out. She arrived from working in Dubai at 7am this morning. Adam for cleaning our cars up to the last minute. They looked wicked!

I am so so chuffed with the turnout today. Thank you all for making the effort to come to our workshop and my local. The best GTG so far. My local pub did me proud.

The cars that turned up were stunning and a great testament to the owners. Loved the 63 black and the 124 wide body. Justin..... I have some competition. Phil and the 63. A noise like no other. Thanks Phil. We all do love our MB's.

The weather was spot on too. We have been lucky every time.

Happy 6th birthday PCS. :)

Thank you. It's work in progress. Jack and Graham had a very big hand in making it happen.

Not long got back home, enjoyed today & its great to put names to faces.. Thanks for sorting my brake issue out guys!! No binding on the way back.. lol Some very nice cars on view, a credit to there owners!!

That you Olly and all involved for organising another lovely GTG
It was great to meet a few old face as well as meeting a few new ones

Thank`s all for making the trip

Today was just a fantastic day, it has to be one of the best GTG's there has been so well done to Olly and the team!

It was great to meet new members, see familiar faces again and the cars were awesome!

Olly, the sound of your car was just phenomenal!

Really looking forward to the next GTG!

I can only repeat what others have said - the weather, venue, organisation and food were all top notch, so thanks to Olly and his team for all their efforts. Sorry I didn't manage to speak to you, but I was amongst the assembled throng worshipping at your C43/55's engine bay.

Good to finally put some more faces to names, including someone who hasn't posted on here for a while but who made a point of introducing himself to me before I left. Up to today I had only met four or five forum members; my count is now considerably higher. :) Also pleased to have broken my get-together duck. Oh, and I owe a couple of people a drink; you know who you are... :)

Headed straight back to Eton to catch Charles Morgan's performance as part of the Slough Philharmonic Chorus. He was most disappointed about the clash, but his dedication to the rehearsals and preparation clearly paid off - both choir and orchestra were in fine fettle, as were the soloists. I can't think of a more enjoyable way to have rounded off a great day.

..and a Co.Antrim mark.

Yes, bought many years ago for an X1/9 (it was the done thing, once) but it never actually made it onto one. It's been on a string of other cars (including my A Class and three SLKs) since.

Looks like you all had a cracking day, well done to Olly and those that helped stage this event.

I think I'd have been in W211 heaven judging by the photos...

I'm really looking forward to meeting some of you reprobates at Jays GTG now!

What a fantastic day and massive thanks to Ollie and co for organising such a great day, with a great venue and fantastic food!

Sorry for arriving late, but great to meet all of you ( or the ones I got to speak to)

MBZ sorry to hear about the trouble you had mate. Glad you got back safe..

Once again thanks for a brilliant time.

Don

Sorry to miss this, as many know my greatest loves are cars, food and music, but I wouldn't have missed performing this evening for anything.

Good to see the Mocas AMG in the flesh, shame it was getting dark in the back streets of Eton - another time!

Hey guys :thumb:

Cracking day. Really glad I made the journey down.

The weather played ball which was a god send as I was looking forward to joining you all in the 63 rather than the Alfa! :D

It really was great putting faces to forum names that I have become so familiar with over the time as well as catching up with the usual suspects

Olly, hats off to you bud, you throw a good meet!
Thanks very much for all you hard work in putting today together.
Well done mate and I'll certainly come along to your future meets :thumb:

Really was good seeing you all guys.

Awesome collection of cars. A real pleasure to see them all.

Olly, I think I'm going to call your car "Frankenstein"!:devil::rock:
What a monster!

Thanks to all those who came over to look at my car... or to see how much of a freak I actually am (as demonstrated by Dieselman's picture! Lol :D). Your interest was very much appreciated.

I set to work cleaning my car when I got back and emerged from the garage at about 10pm... Properly tired now

A great day and certainly one to remember :thumb:

Forgive me for not writing more but I really am very tired!

See you all soon

Oh, I did take some pics which I will post up tomorrow.
