It is a road bike, but not a race bike. Properly described as a “comfort road bike” (gives more upright riding position). Original cost £1000 plus £200 upgrades. Got it in Feb 2005 and it has covered 1000 miles. Condition is excellent.

I can verify the cost and usage etc as I've lived almost every mile since it was bought. Reason for sale is he wanted a multi purpose bike for off-roading - and they say women are fickle
