plasti dip your car?

I'm very tempted to somehow treat the dog cage in this stuff to stop it rattling. Just not sure how to apply it. Any ideas?

Two choices...brush or spray.

Spray is more controllable and easier to build up.
Brush better on items that spray may not be able to fully reach.

Here's my take on plasti dip...I think it looks great but my opinion has slightly changed...

I sprayed my grill and badges about 6 wks ago...looked good for a while though i had to do the rear badge twice as it didnt take properly...

However, with the snow and cold weather the plasti dip seems to be shrinking...My impression is that once the snow settled on the badges and then froze it somehow caused the paint to shrink and crack...As a result i am going to remove the grill and spray it the traditional way...The kompressor badges seem ok but the star on the boot lid also needs attention...

So IMHO you either need to move to sunnier climes or keep the car garaged when the weather is typically British....

If extreme cold effects it, I wonder whether extreme heat does too?

I thought about that but post #15 has it in his engine bay as seems to have had no problems
