Power steering

Hi,
My power steering is sometimes heavy when i park(like i don't have power steering) i've heard people mention a valve with parameter steering option,i just entered my vin into the russian site and it doesn't mention it,any ideas? out of interest what is the code for parameter steering?

My car is a 52 clk 270 cdi.

Just incase someone has the same problem,i have now resolved the problem by replacing the power steering pump.
