I recently bought a 1999 S320 from Mercedes at Salisbury, unusual for a dealer to be selling a car of this age, but it only had 39k on the clock. Anyway, the Comand worked fine, except it would not show maps and the electrical steering wheel adjustment stopped. I received a phone call from them asking if all was ok and told them of the ailments. A couple of days later, they advise that I will need a new Comand and they should have the car for a couple of days. They delivered an A150 and took my car away, carried out the repairs so all is now working. They have also ordered a new Comand CD as the one I have in the car at the moment is one of the mechanics own. This for me has been a painless period and I can only praise Mercedes Salisbury, excellent service.
