problem after flat battery on b class mercedes

as a new member recently on my 2012 b class auto i had a flat battery and after using a battery starter the car started ok but coolant sign keeps showing on dash i press ok it goes off but returns after 10 mins, any member got any advice>

Sorry to ask the obvious but you have checked the coolant level right?
