Record-breaking car set for museum

A Greek taxi driver is donating his record-breaking Mercedes car to the company's museum in Germany.

Gregorios Sachinides' Mercedes 240D has clocked up a record-breaking 2.8m since he bought it in 1981.

i have one of those - but with a 2.8 petrol in it - and its not THAT rusty yet.

i have also got the coupe version, which for a 30 yr old car is lookin' pretty funky...

but they are on 80K miles each - bit of a treck to go...
