i originally had the wrong command fitted to my 1999 e320cdi so i have removed it and fitted an aftermarket stereo however i still can not set the time on the vehicle clock has anyone any ideas please

Pretty sure it has to be star coded. Or you could just disconnect the battery and reconnect at the right time.
Edit: just thought, it's a digital clock on the w210.
Might need to do it at midnight

thanks ted i did that before but since then i had to remove the battery for charging so im now back at square 1
