Removing a W209 CLK Door Card

I would consider myself fairly good at dismantling cars but this has left me

Under the grab handle this is one hex bolt which I have removed to no avail, I cant see any others visible and I dont fancy starting to tug at the doorcard incase I damage it.

If you remove the SRS airbag badge there should be another torx screw behind there too.

On my phone at the minute but if you look through my thread on doing the stereo in my 209 I was explaining to someone how to remove it.

It didnt seem to want to budge, I will try it again tomorrow

from memory its one behind SRS badge, the little ones around door latch, one big one in handle then pull outwards around bottom to release the clips, ideally with trim wedges, then upwards off the door seal.

Excellent write up, is the trim piece (brushed aluminium stripe) on the door card easy to replace also? Mine has lots of scrapes from the seat belt hitting it.
