Removing first aid box?

Thanks for helping with all my questions so far.....

I'm recovering my rear parcel shelf (the previous owner cut speakers into it!) and I've got it out the car, but I'm struggling to work out how to remove the first aid lid.

Any ideas how I get the two plastic hinges off?
