Removing wheel clamp legally

Once the clamp has been fitted to the car , from a legal standpoint it can be argued to be part of that car ( just like a roof rack , towbar , a cycle carrier mounted on said towbar or even a trailer hitched onto the towbar ) and , by extension , the property of the vehicle's owner.

Sounds specious to me. If that were the case, surely anyone with masochistic tendencies could help themselves to someone else's caravan, and claim it as their own once it had been hitched up?

I thought that to prove ownership you needed to be able to demonstrate good title.

I've used that car park.

Its Windsor and mega expensive.

And 2 minutes before your time is up they turn up with the ticket and gear ready to do their worst the second you go over. Nastiest place I ever left my car.
