Hi all, the sun roof doesn't work any more, so I checked it out and the cable is coming out of the runner; the cable is bent and the runner is damaged; looks like it had some repairs done on it a while ago.
So, I want to replace the runner and cable; but not the motor that seems fine.
How easy is it to remove the roof liner and do this job, and are there any tips or tools I need to make the job easier.
I've checked with Mercedes over price and they are reasonable.
