Hi all,

I would appreciate it if anyone can recommend where to get a replacement Comand Unit for a 209 CLK in London.
Mine was tested by a specialist repairer and deemed beyond repair as the MOST output is not working.

I have the Logic 7 HK system (Amp and many speakers).

Required Part Number is: A209 820 80 89

Hopefully the Amp is OK but they seem to be available on eBay for £150-£300.

Thanks in advance,

VJ

Hi

I have replied to your email - will be happy for you to come up on Saturday once you have checked that the Comand will be compatible.

Please let me know the outcome.

Dont forget that if your new comand NTG2 has come out of a car without any thing on the fibre optic bus the fibre output will be turned off and needs turning on with Star Diagnosis
(Ideally, it should be configured with Star Diagnosis in anycase, but as long as the fibre output is on it should work)

Also, are you sure the COMAND just didn't forget its coding and end up with the fibre turned off ? We've seen COMANDs occasionally mess up their coding and lose reverse camera after a flat battery etc etc

Cheers

Richard
