Managed to do it here is a shot of the MTEC W5W wedge bulbs, as you can see not yellow at all!:

That looks ace. Almost as bright and white as my Led sidelights but without the blown bulb indicator activating! Might have to look into getting a pair! If only I logged onto here sooner, could have saved me a few buck-a-roo's!

The Mtech bulbs arrived today fitted them and they are indeed a lot whiter than the originals. Top banana :bannana:

Any update on this one Bobby was looking at the sidelight bulbs on a facelift W211 and the bulb does look rather strange.

A few people have said they will look into ordering them in the past (Alps for one ) yet nothing has happened as of yet.

Im sure I read that they arent W5Ws after all?

started looking into it - but gave up!, i had a loan facelift 211 which i had a quick look at, seems the LED part is screwed onto the headlight with a metal bracket, defo not your normal wedge bulb, had a look but still cant find a specific part number for them. might be part of the headlight.

i ordered what i thought were the led bulbs, but i got oem "phillips bluevision" type wedge bulbs!

Sorry to revive the thread but I bought these Mtec H6W bulbs about 4 months ago. Looked great until a bulb from all the sets popped, not so reliable including the E-Seller as he's yet respond to my emails for replacements.

Update

The Mtec xenon P21 xenon bulbs arrived & are a great improvement to the standard bulbs, Just to replace all the other "candle" now
