Retrofitting COMAND APS in a Euro E-Class W211

I have a Euro Spec E-Class W211 2003 (pre Mar 2003) which has an Audio Gateway and MOST.

I have the following items:
* COMAND APS HEAD UNIT
* COMAND NAVIGATION UNIT
* GPS ANTENNA

Can anyoner tell me what other parts I need (cables/connecters/nuts,brackets etc) to complete the installation and the part numbers.

Please help me as I am finding it extremely difficult to find what other parts I need and have been struggling for 4 weeks. Any help or installation instructions will be appreciated.

You can buy all the cabling you need and brackets from your local dealer. Why wouldnt they want to help you ?

Clearly they are not making any sense. The spare parts catalogue and WIS shows all the details.

you will be needing:

- the headunit
- the nav drive
- the audiogateway (the proper one for navigation)
- AGW bracket and nuts
- a GPS antenna with the proper connector

You might need (depending on the options the car came with from factory):
- the navigation drive bracket
- the navigation bracket support
- some nuts and bolts for the above mentioned bracket
- the leftside trunkliner (you will have to order this locally)

- main wiring harness from AGW to all speakers and power (91.94 euro ex VAT)
- the MOST harness from HU to AGW and nav drive (unless the car already has some MOST wires) (72.06 euro ex VAT)
- the wiring harness for the nav drive (36.16 ex VAT)
- the antenna wiring for the diversity antennas (26.44 and 16.56 euro ex
VAT)
- AUX wiring (18.03 ex VAT)
- different antenna amplifier for diversity antenna

Any chance of giving me all the part numbers so I don't give my dealer any room for error!

I think I need:
Bracket/support/nuts/bolts to fix the navigation unit to the car
Optical/power harness to connect the nav unit
And the parts you've already mentioned

What is the part number of the audiogateway (the proper one for navigation) - just in case I don't have the right one.
Also is there any way of making sure I have MOST

Any installation instructions/parts lists/WIS would be very useful!

MBENZNL can you supply this in kit form? I also need to source the navigation boot unit.

All S/W211 use MOST. And therefore all COMAND APS has MOST too.

Both - but my preference is if I can buy the LCD screen and do the replacement myself.
Braybrooks quoted £450+VAT which is too expensive!
