Right hand gear surround

Hi after many hours of searching which in one way answers the question but just to check is there a replacement surround for the auto gear lever with the letters on the drivers side.

Cost cutting by MB im afraid, started with the all W208s, then facelift W210s followed by Tiptronic W202s.

As far as I know, they never made the 'parts' for the RHD market.
