Rims??

Someone sent me these rims in an e-mail (just the pics, not the actual rims) anyone throw some light on the subject?
Are they Merc. rims or an aftermarket styling to look like an updated version of the older monoblock style?
Quite like the look of them and I think a would look good on my clk as a 19"

They look like lorinsers,you`ll need to check for writing on the inside
