Roof Bars - CLK W209

I have roof bars + cycle carriers that I got with my CLK when I purchsed it, I have never used them, probably never will.
They are genuine Mercedes Bars.
Can anyone tell me if roof bars are specific to each model, or are they interchangeable to fit most models ?
Reason being is I am selling them, and I have someone interested, but he has a 2005 C Class ! Will they fit ?

I realise that this post is a bit old now, but did you ever sell the roof bars - I am looking for some for a W209.
