not normally a fan of white RRs, but this had a superb presence, majestic almost. Interior was white leather with bits of light lemon yellow stitching and leather. just lovely.

in fact, top part of the car is flat white, while the rest is metallic white

I saw a picture of a Wraith coupe the other day so went to the RR website for more and found some great pictures of the drop head. Magnificent looking cars.

I often visit the factory - lots of nice things to look at there!

Nice - it's a shame that RR and Bentley are now owned by BMW and VW respectively .

I see quite a few 'on test' around the A27 I can honestly say they are the ugliest looking car on the road but I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Should have wandered into "Specsavers"

Not for me sorry, looks like a Chinese copy of a luxury car.

Doesn't do it for me I'm afraid. RR's look slightly ungainly and odd these days.

The new Bentley Flying Spur or Continental either of them with a V8S motor float my boat.

In fact I really like the new Flying Spur, the face lift really did it justice.

I'll take one in Damson metallic and parchment leather please.

In a photo it's awful, in the flesh it's stunning, how that works I haven't figured out yet but if ever somebody wanted to get a Doctorate out of the phenomenon then the Wraith is the car to focus on.

Here's my best attempt to get the lines - next to the fly swat in the background it came up quite nicely I thought. :):):):)

It's lush. Fine in London but totally out of place in Glasgow.

Birthday present Sean ?????????????

It reminds me very much of a Lancia Aurelia - it can look quite dumpy in photos but is drop dead gorgeous in the flesh.

Just like me CHARLES !

Not much in the looking department but I'm sure it is nice to drive.

Majestic in the flesh, bar that back window. The doors have the largest piece of veneer in a production car FACT. Sat inside you really feel the quality. Colour sensitive though I'd agree.

For me, it the overall shape .. there is nothing else like it

And for an RR, it's quite understated.

My first thought looking at one is: Bentley

Not a bad association - but probably shows similar market objective too.

I don't see many RRs about any more. When I was young there would always be a few seen regularly in the locality where ever I lived. Local business owners and well to do people plus the odd enthusiast.

These days? I can't remember the last time I saw a current generation one on the road. It's probably getting on for a couple of years.
