Ruined W212 E63 AMG

Indeed - added to which the owner appears to have a case of terminal dandruff if you look at the internal shots. I never understood why people don't spend the extra time to get the car looking as good as possible.

But in this case .... maybe I do.

More money than sense

Looks like a taxi with those wind deflector things on it and aftermarket alloys

a quick taxi, but still a taxi.

It's a poverty spec too, as far as E63's go.

Mind you, it's had Conteys, so it must be good .

537bhp :dk:.

Doesn't look right to me, no mention of service history or previous owners.

the lack of a full stop and proper punctuation in the description is deplorable. :-)

what is "iv"?

Conteys?

awful advert the dandruff is a perfect description lxi.

Does the finance company know that he has ruined their car?

Probably trying to out it and cover the final balloon !

Dread to think of the cost 'to put right' that the lease company will charge :D

That's more than a couple of stone chips and a trolley dent .....

C'mon guys, "ruined" is a bit harsh:

- He's got a set of original alloys with brand new tyres.
- Rear window spoiled can be removed.
- Personally, I'd even keep the louvres (BRABUS would charge you a fortune for these) but it can be a good negotiating point to bring the car down in price.

All you need is a new OE grille (which he might even have) and it's no different than standard E63.

The wheels are just nasty!!!!

What is more worrying about the spoilers and accessories is you can actually buy them!!!! So that means somebody else could potentially ruin a good car

Is the number plate short for horrible ?

The wheels are not to my taste either but if he's putting back virtually new and unused OEM alloys and tyres, I'd only thank him for preserving them.

It's a nice car for not much money. And it's only 2 something years old.

PS: there's also bonnet badge and wind deflectors but it's a 15 mins job to bin them. Good car.

I suppose it's not as bad as I first thought. Those cheap, nasty wind deflectors and rear screen spoiler can come straight off and the original "old wheels" can replace those ghastly Halfrauds specials.

24,000 miles is acceptable but as said, no mention of service history (if any at all). Shame really as the price is acceptable too. But they have set the starting bid as £30,000, so I hope they aren't expecting it to go above that!

Tempted to email him and ask why the windows don't all have limo tints...

Quite like the chap brushing his teeth in the background...

If you look carefully, it looks like he illustrating what he thinks of the car (fingers in mouth ready to barf). :D

Hand painted house number is nice too !

To be honest the standard car doesn't look a whole lot better...
