Run Down 380 SEC in need of a GOOD HOME

This car looks like it's been to mars and back...twice.
Although, for it's age I have seen worse! I'm sure someone could find some use for it?
Is it original AMG as he says and were the 380 engines any good?

I hope someone does rescue it.
Recaro seats, climate control and the AMG bodykit - All, I suspect, some rare options on an older SEC.

I suspect someone will use it as a donor vehicle, though.

Not convinced the bodykit is genuine anything......seats worth a few bob if they are Recaro, even if a little tatty.

The seats look the best bit.

Worth a punt if you hve one for £255 you could get them re trimmed.

Would look good in a certain Wide body SEC

Plate also worth £500 if with car and transferable?


Fact is he has put it as a SEL could mean you could get a steal...

I bought this car chaps... only for the seats... which are shot and need a retrim..... They are genuine recaros though.

The kit seems genuine AMG from what I can see... although im not that up on Gen 1 AMG stuff...

Will simply try and make my money back from selling the engine, box etc and then the car will be weighed in...

I asked the seller how much he wanted for the seats...comical price at £500 !

I got a pair of the exact same recaros for £190 last week ! And shipping for 50 quid from Germany !!!

Rest of the car had nothing about it really, being a 380, any AMG shocks/springs and exhaust would be non-compatible with a 560.

yes the guy was a bit slow in all fairness... they had attempted a small electrical repair and the car never ran again... I do have an invoice for a major overhaul so the engine should be sweet... not that I have a use for it..
